Starting the I20021203 and N20021204 builds i get an error SetLayout entry point
not found in GDI32.dll. 

Clicking OK on the dialog box causes the javaw.exe to die but the eclipse.exe
and the splash screen stay around.

I am running on Windows NT 4 SP6.
