Steps to reproduce:
1. Preview the attached report design as PPT.

Expected result:
Alignment works.

Actual result:
Alignment does not work.

I think it's the same issue with bug #275601
Currently ppt can not support justify alignment.
Once 275601 is fixed, please change the bug titile to 'Jutify alignment don't work in ppt'
