Because bug 274181, the published jar files were missing entries for directory files during this week's milestone builds.  

As a result, teams will need to tag projects that have changed since I20090429-0930.  Otherwise, the builds will contain the old jars with missing directory entries.  Features and test bundles will NOT need to be changed.  

I have a list of bundles that need to be tagged and will be opening bugs against each component with a list of bundles specific to their team.

Note: This bug should have said that all bundles that have changed since last week's I-build I20090421-0930 need to be tagged.
