Description Philipe Mulet CLA 2001-10-10 21:39:19 EDT
Must be known by now, but just in case it is not, it is disturbing not to have shortcuts work in the compare views. This applies to ctrl-C, ctrl-V, ctrl-X as well.

Does the desktop accelerator support now allow this? I seem to recall it used
to be a problem.

Andre,

I believe this belongs to Compare. (Note, that Ctrl-X/C/V all work now, it's
just Ctrl-S that does not). The Save action is contributed by TextMergeViewer,
so I'm not sure that VCM can do anything about this. It seems to me that Save
should be treated just like Cut/Copy/Paste and have its action contributed to
the global shortcuts.

If there is something that VCM has to do to make this happen, please let me know.

Moving to Compare.
