Ctrl+Shift+F4 ?
If you mean close all open editors then yes Ctrl+Shift+F4 is the answer. If you mean all top level windows then what should happen when you close them all? I'm closing this assuming we are talking about editors. If not and there is an explanation of what it means to close all windows then we can discuss.
