I20090426-2000

- open a TrayDialog, e.g. the 'New' wizard
- click the help icon
- click a link to show a help page in the tray
- click into the help page (or drag the thumb to scroll down a bit
=> now that the browser has focus, the Esc key does not close the TrayDialog any more

This is an accessibility problem. Dialogs should always close on ESC.

I cannot reproduce this using I20110424-2000 on WinXP, I've followed the directions exactly. Markus, are you still seeing this?

Also works for me in I20110419-1004 on Windows 7. Closing.
