In the new Ant view, I can only single select active targets in the active 
target list. I should be able to remove more than one target at once, or move 
multiple targets at once. As well, I cannot de-select a selected target (i.e. 
CTRL-CLICK).

I should also be able to add multiple target to the active list at once (via 
multi selection).
