1) create a new readme file using the creation wizard.
	(File > New > Other > Examples | Example Creation Wizards | Readme File)
2) open the Readme view (Perspective > Show View > Other... > Readme | Readme Sections).
3) delete the file.

You should get a Delete Problems dialog.

Closing the readme view will allow you to delete the file without problems.
