In the Edit Working Set dialog it would be nice to be able to change that order that projects are listed/displayed. This might sound funny, but when I conceptualize EAR apps, the DB server is 'on the bottom' and is called via EJB/JPA on top of that, that is called by controller servlets on top of that, which then called by the client on top of that.  It a real linear stack in my mind's eye and it would be nice to be able to orgainize the package/project explorer that way too.
