Currently, the method to discover branches/versions can be slightly difficult. A user has to go into HEAD, find the project, use the "Configure Branches and Versions..." dialog, and drill down to a file with the necessary branch or version.

I think it would be highly useful to be able to right click the listed versions/branches in a file's cvs history (from the team > Show History option on a given file), and add a selected branch or version to the containing repository's branch/version list in the repository viewer.

Changing Version tag to something more believable. Note that this is not a statement about when the enhancement request will be addressed (the Target Milestone field is used for that); the Version tag should be set to the version of Eclipse you were using when you saw the need for the enhancement.

This bug hasn't had any activity in quite some time. Maybe the problem got resolved, was a duplicate of something else, or became less pressing for some reason - or maybe it's still relevant but just hasn't been looked at yet.

If you have further information on the current state of the bug, please add it. The information can be, for example, that the problem still occurs, that you still want the feature, that more information is needed, or that the bug is (for whatever reason) no longer relevant.
