Verifying results for build I20090331-0901, it appears that there's a big
regression (25%=1 second more than the baseline) on ContentTypeTest#testPluginXMLDirty() test.

Right, this happens with every release :-(

Our content type story has issues and gets slower with each new XML content type being registered. I've filed that bug long time ago.

Commented degradation once again.
