		1. Open the team perspective
		2. Hover over perspective buttons on far left panel to ensure hover help working
		3. Select a repository and expand the tree for it
		4. Keep expanding until you find a viewable file.  Double click on that file to open a view
			on it.
		5. Repeat step #2.  You will see that hover help is not working at this point.
		6. Click on the panel below the perspective buttons and repeat step #2.  Now hover
			help seems to function properly, as if clicking on the panel gave it necessary focus.
			I believe step 5 should not have failed.
