There does not seem to be a keyboard alternative to the user-named software sites on the "Available Software Sites" page.

see also bug 271585, which points out that the issue is not just accessibility, but usability/visibility of the feature.

Fixed in HEAD >20090420.
Given bug 271585, I added an "Edit" button that can be used to edit the name.  This is reachable by keyboard mnemonic.
