If you iterate through a page with hyperlinks with a screen reader in many cases the surrounding text will not be read because the accessible listener in Hyperlink does not check for siblings (like labels) with text.

STEPS
1) Open a plug-in editor with a screen reader on 
2) Iterate through the overvire to plug-in content -> Runtime. Only the word runtime is read.

This bug hasn't had any activity in quite some time. Maybe the problem got resolved, was a duplicate of something else, or became less pressing for some reason - or maybe it's still relevant but just hasn't been looked at yet.
