Preview the attached report in web viwer, the page break does not work.

build version:
2.5.0.v20090305-0630

Steps to reproduce:
1.There is a html type text item in the report. Copy the content as a html file, open it in IE, and print preview, there are 14 pages.
2.Preview the text item in web viewer, only 1 page. The page break does not work.

1. <style type="text/css">...</style> is not supported in html text currently.
2. page-break style is not suppoted in html text.
