Currently the only way to check that a build script is valid is to create a 
launch config for it and then go to the targets tab.

We need an action "Validate Ant script" that can be run as the user is writing 
the script to check for syntax errors.

This would be temporary until we have some sort of Ant build file editor.

With planty coming, this will not be implemented.
