There is a problem tabbing to the Tasks view:

- close all editors
- close all views
- open the Tasks view and one other view
- select the Tasks view
- press tab 2 times
Notice the second view is given focus, but you can't tab into the Tasks view
- open a 3rd view
You can now tab between the 2 other views but still not the tasks view

Tab behaviour has changed. This PR is no longer an issue.
