This is a revamp of the wiki frontpage  http://wiki.eclipse.org/STP to replace a lot of outdated information and bad links.

The work-in-progress is here  http://wiki.eclipse.org/STP/WikiUpdateDraft

It would be nice to create a new page named "Deprecated" (or something like this) to put all the stuff concerning SOAS and SC. This might be clearer to users of STP that want to use these two components.

To reduce the section "Other Items", we can put the links:
