We need to do whatever is necessary to support the flecible project structure 
work.

The necessary changes to org.eclipse.team.core hav been released. Changes are 
still required for CVS.

The changes have been made for CVS as well. CVS now allows linking and ignores 
linked resources. All that remains is to document how other providers should do 
this.

The org.eclipse.platform.isv.doc has been updated. The description of what to 
do is under "Platform Plug-n Developer Guide>Team support>Repository resource 
management> Team and linked resources"
