At the end of a product build using p2, we need to invoke the director to do a proper install.

I have gone ahead and released this latest patch, it was starting to touch a lot of stuff.  I'm also going to mark it fixed as we are invoking the director for product builds which is the only place it makes sense.

I have raised bug 265560 to update archiving targets
