operation video on dnd in java editor, *CTRL* key is holding

Build ID: I20090202-1535

Steps To Reproduce:
1. select multi-line in Java Editor, 
2. hold Ctrl key, and use left mouse to do drag and drop copy, 
3. sometimes it will not work.

It seems to me the same operation is OK on previous release 3.5M4, and only introduced on 3.5M5.

Same problem in text editor. Caused by new block selection code.

Fixed in HEAD.
Available in builds > N20090204-2000.
