Description Nick Edgar CLA 2001-10-10 22:40:22 EDT
Reusable parts in JFace and Eclipse UI which use (externalized) strings, must support being customized
with different strings. For example, the Change... button in field editors uses C as the mnemonic.
If this is used in a context where C is used by some other control, or if there are two such field editors,
one of them must be changed to use some other mnemonic.
The user may also want to change the string entirely from the default.

Some of the parts support this already, but many don't.
