[[Utils]] Unable to open class ProjectA.TestClass - unable to resolve class reference ProjectA/TestClass : ProjectB/BaseTest

This was working with previous versions of Q4E. In a sense, this is correct behavior, but even if I configure a test-jar from one project to the other, the issue still happens.
