The Ant Build pop up meu has a Run With... option that give you a not 
implemented message when selected

The external tools view will not exist in the future. However, we need to 
address the "run with..." action - i.e. will it exist in its generic format, or 
will it be up to each tool to decide if this action is availble, and how it is 
presented.
