Currently when generating a report with a TOC the TOC is a seperate page (when exporting to PDF its located in the left frame as bookmarks) and when printing an exported PDF its not printed.

It could be nice if it was possible to include the TOC in the report on eg. the second page which would also make it printable.

Currently birt can not support toc inserted as a report content. Perhaps we can support this feature in futher release.
