I think it would be more consistant if the "Discussion" term were used on the manage page also instead of "Comments" (as it is used on the wiki page)?

If you move the mouse on a comments title it would be good if the whole (or at least more) comment is shown. Also the link could point directly to the comment, not only to the comment section.

When a comment is harvested, shouldn't it disappear from the list during next update (hidden, but not deleted)?
