build I20021105

- copy some text into the clipboard (from anywhere)
- select a resource in the Navigator
- in the Properties view, select the Info category
- choose Copy
- paste the text somewhere
- it's the old text

Either Copy should be disabled when a category is selected, or it should copy 
the category name.
