Description:
Background color does not work for multiple master page when preview as DOC.

Build number:
2.5.0.v20081225-0630

Steps to reproduce:
1. New a report design with two master page and set the second master page with gray as background color.
2. Preview the report as DOC.

Expected result:
The second page background color is gray.

Actual result:
The second page does not have background color.

Error log:

Word can not support this case, suggest defer to future.

Word can only apply the background color or background image to the whole document.
