I was trying to update the Eclipse project IP log, but was unable to login. I was directed to this page:

https://dev.eclipse.org/site_login/

On this page if I enter my correct username/password, it doesn't show any failure message, but just redirects me back to the same page with the username/password blanked out. Note that I am not a friend of Eclipse. This appears to be a regression of bug 240733.
