When a folder is specified as a "resource" folder in pom.xml, it could be marked somehow at the package explorer (for exaple, with a special icon), so that the user knows that folder is being deployed into Tomcat when the project itself is.

This may help the user know, for instance, which configuration folder is currently being used in the selected profile or environment (if the project has multiple configuration sets for multiple environments).
