The instructions at http://www.eclipse.org/glimmer/instructions.php mention that I need to much around with the jruby launcher shell script/batch file. This just makes life difficult when I need to upgrade JRuby and also for first time users who will almost always, get thing wrong.

It would be cool if glimmer comes with it's own launcher that sets up environment variables given say $ECLIPSE_HOME.
