We need to ensure that Java EE 6 archives can be imported into WTP, can be exported to their appropriate formats, and can be imported/used as binaries.
This bug does not add any new functionality, it is just to make sure that the WTP support for importing/exporting/referencing Java EE 6 binaries is on par with all of the previous Java EE versions.

All base function is finished.  There is an issue with the facet versions not being properly set.   See bug 304745.
