Thread dump from the blocked ant task

Build ID: M20080911-1700

Steps To Reproduce:
1. Use Eclipse Ganymede
2. Run an ant task with lots of progress information
3. The ant task hangs trying to log a message (see backtrace)

I tried using another version of Ant, but I get the same problem.

Does the problem occur when you run Ant from the commandline?

Can you provide a specific example of a task that will cause the problem?

Changing Version tag to something more believable.

Seems it works better when disabling the 'Set an Input handler' checkbox in the External Tools Configuration | Main

This bug hasn't had any activity in quite some time. Maybe the problem got resolved, was a duplicate of something else, or became less pressing for some reason - or maybe it's still relevant but just hasn't been looked at yet.

If you have further information on the current state of the bug, please add it. The information can be, for example, that the problem still occurs, that you still want the feature, that more information is needed, or that the bug is (for whatever reason) no longer relevant.
