Headline:  Workbench -- can not access the value of the read-only property of a resource. 
 
Description:  

Repro: 
1. Select a resource (project, file) in the Navigator
2. Select a property (e.g. name) associated with the resource in the Properties view

Bug: 
The entire row is selected and not on the value of the "name". 

Expect: 
There should be an Edit control (copy) to hold the value of the property. The user should be able to 
copy the property value and paste it somewhere else.
