1. Open the run/debug config dialog create a php script configuration > Click 
browse - Missing "Show non-workspace" files checkbox 

2. Open a file from filesystem ( use file>open) and debug it - OK 
    Open the run/debug config dialog , click browse - now we see the checkbox - 
But we don't see the file

What is the rule of the "Show non-workspace" files checkbox?
The external files that opend in editor,or that have been run/debugged?
