Currently Restore defaults is for all of the tabs of the page at once.
Really should have restore defaults per page.

Should defer until we determine which prefs will be moved to launch config 
attributes/tabs.

OK, but won't the restore defaults still be per tab in the launch config dialog?

In the launch dialog, the "revert" button just reverts back to the config's 
last state. It is up to each tab to have a "use default" option, if applicable. 
For example, the "classpath" tab on the Java launch config.

As of now 'LATER' and 'REMIND' resolutions are no longer supported.
