Description:
User defined styles not shown in main menu->Style sub menu
Build number:2.3.2.v20081125

Steps to reproduce:
1. New a report and new a style mystyle.
2. Click Layout, select main menu Element->Style->Edit Style, check styles listed.
3. Select Outline, reselect the Edit Style menu, check styles listed.
4. Click Layout and then select Outline, reselect the Edit Style menu and check styles.

Expected result:
Both can list out all styles in current report.

Actual result:
Step2, list all styles.
Step3, list all styles but they are gray, it's right.
Step4, None in style list.

Currently the style actions only work for layout view. For all other views, it will not get updated.
