The ant view should have an action to search for build files in a
user-configurable way. Specifically, the user should be able to limit
the scope of the search in terms of the locations searched and the parameters
for a match.

And specify the build file name pattern (i.e. regular expression 
like "export*.xml" -> not just an exact match).

We should move the Ant View preferences out of the preferences page, and into 
the view, accessible from the triangle menu? or "properties" popup.

Implemented. The Ant View preference page is currently gone.
