Build ID: 3.4.1 RC3 Steps To Reproduce: In our product, we have many types of decorators in our navigation tree. Some are self explanatory (like errors). Others are not so clear. It would be great if Eclipse forced the label decorators to provide a textual equivalent of image decorators. Eclipse could then use this information to help the user learn what the various icon overlays mean. This information could be captured in the hover help, properties, etc. The UI could show the icon overlay and the description of what it means/why it's on that element. More information:

Maybe the problem got resolved, was a duplicate of something else, or became less pressing for some reason - or maybe it's still relevant but just hasn't been looked at yet. If you have further information on the current state of the bug, please add it. The information can be, for example, that the problem still occurs, that you still want the feature, that more information is needed, or that the bug is (for whatever reason) no longer relevant.
