Steps To Reproduce:
1. Open a JET file containing an "include" file directive with a path to a file in the non working directory --> the editor does not report error

2. touch the file --> the editor does not find the file and adds an error marker.

OR 

1. Create a new JET file, and add an "include" directive tag. Whatever the referenced file (same directory or not), the editor does not find the file and adds an error marker. But the compiler find it correctly.
