Currently using the BIRT Tag libraries we can define a custom parameter page.  This is a very nice feature.  The only issue is that the BIRT Viewer does not use it unless you point at the custom page first.  If you select the parameter icon in the viewer toolbar, it is also not used,  It would be nice to add a url parameter that is checked in the BirtParameterDialog.js __bind() function.  The url parameter would contain the jsp page of the custom parameter page.  If this parameter exists, the viewer would forward to the page, else it would continue to work as specified.
