Description Kevin Haaland CLA 2001-10-10 22:38:27 EDT
To reproduce:
	Open a Java resource editor.
Make sure you are in Insert mode (it's the default).
	Select some text.
Type a couple characters to replace the selection.
Toggle to Overwrite mode (hit Insert key).
	Undo.

Notice that the undone text changes are garbled.

I think I've seen this happen in other scenarios as well, but
cannot recall at the moment exactly what they were.
