Each major project (the top-level projects except for the Tools and Technology projects where it is the sub-projects) should have an About dialog icon and contribute to the welcome page.

Per bug 198941, this is what the About dialog looks like with test change to provider name in GMF doc feature/plugin.

Seems to satisfy the requirement for descriptiveness, so will change for remaining GMF features/plugins.

All provider names changed to 'Eclipse Modeling Project'.
