Description Georg Sendt CLA 2008-11-03 04:29:11 EST
If I change from one workspace to a new one I have to set the key scheme (emacs) again.

Please don't save the key scheme information in workspace metadata but in "application metadata",

or allow to copy the key scheme from the current workspace to the new workspace.

File > Export > Preferences?
Comment 2 Paul Webster CLA 2008-11-03 07:32:43 EST
This is currently handled by using File>Export...>Preferences to export the key bindings (Keys Transfer) and File>Import...>Preferences in the new workspace.

This bug hasn't had any activity in quite some time. Maybe the problem got resolved, was a duplicate of something else, or became less pressing for some reason - or maybe it's still relevant but just hasn't been looked at yet.

If you have further information on the current state of the bug, please add it. The information can be, for example, that the problem still occurs, that you still want the feature, that more information is needed, or that the bug is (for whatever reason) no longer relevant.
