Description Philipe Mulet CLA 2001-10-10 22:38:08 EDT
When navigating in the Java UI, it is quite easy to loose focus on the current edited source (because selected a search result in the same unit for instance).
This is somewhat disruptive, and causing confusion.

I think that in most cases, it would be nice to offer a back button, restoring the previous editor state.
Maybe also, it should be offered to open the selected item (search results or other) in a different view, like what web browsers offer as well.

Also a way to return from "F3" (open on selection) is needed.
CTRL+F6 works only when the target is in another file.
