Steps To Reproduce:
Open the "platform_whatsnew.html" (org.eclipse.platform.doc.user/whatsNew/platform_whatsnew.html) in a text editor. On lines 86 and 97 there is a "tr" tag with "id" attribute of "ui-1". They both have the same "id". This is an accessibility issue. One of the id's should be changed for the fix.
