ControlExample Combo tab, and select "SWT.READ_ONLY".
Type tab key to give focus to the Combo.
Type the space key.
This should drop-down the combo. It works on Carbon.

(Noticed it right away in the Repository Exploring perspective. The New->Repository location dialog has a read-only combo for pserver, extssh, etc. I always type space to use this combo, but all I got was the 'error' sound).

(I've used the 'Accessibility' keyword, but note that it's a keyboard accessibility issue, not a screen reader accessibility issue).
