Improve performance when scrolling in the report. Try to open the design with 8-9 tables and grids and then try to go to grid element for Unit. It's very slow. Also the linkage of controls in the outline, has some special logic for grids that it tries to show the grid in the editor area. The slowmotion can be watched on that navigation.

We have made some enhancement in 2.3.1/2.3.2. Can you try with the latest build and see if this issue still happen?
