The popup menu for diseases (in the project explorer under Decorators, not the nicely looking node) doesn't have a "Create Modifier" command on it.

I've checked in major fixes to the project explorer that correct this problem and add extensive new features. It is now possible to "drill down" into Identifiables displayed in the project explorer in a tree view, much as is possible in the editors.  Drag and drop is also fixed.  There is still need to update the disease model ui's contribution to the project explorer and to remove/suppress the display of the underlying files.
