- new file test.doc
- it opens Word or Wordpad
- choose File / Save As
- it gives you the rename prompter, which only lets you enter a new name, not choose a different folder

- Save As on an internal editor does let you choose a folder

It also doesn't change the input of the editor to refer to the new file.
Subsequent changes get saved to the old file.

The editor now updates the file input (in build >20020129) but it still does 
not use the correct dialog.
